Since first setting foot in Japan on his educational study trip in 1998, Collin has dedicated his career to Lean and process improvement. Whether it is from a furniture maker, hospital, small machine manufacturer, or home builder, Collin firmly believes that there is no place and no person that you cannot learn from.

To that end, Collin began both Enna and üttana to bring that spirit of Kaizen and continuous learning to the widest possible audience. Through his businesses, he has provided an ongoing dedication to offering Lean practitioners around the globe the resources they need to reach their true potential.

Whether he is leading one of Enna’s Study Missions to Japan or leading a Course on üttana.com, Collin aims to instill a sense of constant questions and spirit of Kaizen into all that he does.
