Could be utilized to win over those not yet fully committed and invested in the 3P process. The VoC section was a little dated as it was not fully informed by methods such as Human Centered Design / Design Thinking / Ethnography approaches. A more detailed look at pretotyping (not to be confused with prototyping) would also be helpful to go into a lower level of operational v the high level of structural modeling. Overall however, these a very small grips, truly an excellent introduction to 3P adding substantive value to any lean learner.
