Course Overview

This course provides guidance for conducting Lean Meetings. These meetings are broken up into three parts. In the first part, results of the previous Kaizen event are discussed. In the second part, the team reflects on lessons learned from the event. Finally, the next Kaizen event is planned in part three.

You will learn the objectives for each phase, as well as each important item that must be addressed. Each video provides insight on how to conduct the meeting to ensure effective collaboration.
