Course Overview

When designing a layout, it is important to consider how equipment layout encourages and enables flow. To ensure that flow and layout interact in the most efficient way possible, there are a number of guidelines that can be followed.

This course covers how to best use 3P (Production, Preparation, Process) for efficient layout improvements, and how to make these improvements in the quickest, most accurate way possible.
