   It’s good course ! Simple and clear !
   I have a question about about equation of Standard Work-in-Process :
   Standard Work-in-Process =( Opérator CT + Machine CT) / Takt time + Ideal Workforce

   why we add Ideal Workforce instead of multiplying it as:
   SWIP = (OpératorCT + Machine CT)/Takt time x Ideal Workforce.
