Course Overview

These are often invisible wastes that are difficult to identify without careful study. In this course, these invisible wastes are discussed and given names to help identify them within your organization.
You will learn about the wastes of Stagnation, Motion, and Transportation, and how these wastes affect the overall performance of your organization. By learning to identify and eliminate these wastes, you will be able to build a prosperous Lean system into your office.
